It was juicy and flavorful, breast meat and all. When I sliced into the breast, you could see how juicy the meat was. My mouth is watering just remembering it. And there was enough dark meat to satisfy everyone, unlike a commercial bird. I am so happy I have more in the freezer.

Bronze turkeys RULE!

MarylinBK2https://www.blogger.com/profile/02632630397857172494noreply@blogger.comtag:blogger.com,1999:blog-7380443079054363050.post-87788909181134569802010-11-27T15:24:00.514-08:002010-11-27T15:24:00.514-08:00We will have about 15 acres for them to forage on,...We will have about 15 acres for them to forage on, too.
Thanks again for the information!LindaGhttps://www.blogger.com/profile/12203719919661519350noreply@blogger.comtag:blogger.com,1999:blog-7380443079054363050.post-79958295942980111212010-11-27T07:07:54.044-08:002010-11-27T07:07:54.044-08:00The broad breasted bronze turkey. They would cover 15 acres a day on their daily walks.Michael@greenakeys.comhttps://www.blogger.com/profile/13196783983393304353noreply@blogger.comtag:blogger.com,1999:blog-7380443079054363050.post-46557937409452643412010-11-26T15:58:50.931-08:002010-11-26T15:58:50.931-08:00Thanks for the review.
