5 years ago we decided to jump in, head first and learn how to run a 63 acre organic farm. What we weren't expecting was how much this farm would teach us valuable life lessons. This blog is the story of our experiences and learnings.

Spring is in the air today
In another 60 days, it will look like this again:
Cant wait for green grass. I hope I have to mow it every day.
I think most folks in the Mid-Atlantic area feel the same! Maybe by the end of this week most of the snow will be melted and we can begin the "season of mud". I'll even take that!
He he. I always think about that stuff. In the middle of plowing and shoveling 4 feet of snow, I said to myself "I swear that when it is 98 and humid in July I wont complain..."

Me too! Well, aside from the mowing part. :)
Green grass and beautiful flowers would be soooo nice.

Haha will you feel the same way mid-summer, though? ;) Maybe try remembering this feeling then.
